**The Goal Ahead**:
We are looking for a real-time lighting artist to join our team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Light to create mood and atmosphere based on artistic direction and story-telling requirements
- Work to meet Production deadlines
- Work with Technical Directors to assist with creating Lighting-specific tools and features
- Make any changes requested in an iterative intensive pipeline
- Communicate effectively with other departments to look into the causes of any technical or artistic issues that might arise
- Debug and optimize lighting scenarios as required
- Render shots as required
- Address fixes and notes to shots

**What You’ll Bring**
***:

- Lighting experience in Unreal Engine or an equivalent game engine (e.g. Unity/Frostbite)
- Excellent understanding of color, materials, mood, space and the properties of light
- An interest in Photography and Cinematography
- Experience with Maya or Blender or equivalent DCC is a plus
- Experience in compositing is a plus
- Knowledge of an asset manager such as Shotgun is a plus
- Experience of Deadline or equivalent Render Manager is a plus
- Knowledge of Virtual Production concepts and techniques is a plus
- Experience in scripting is also a plus but not required
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- An open and proactive communication style
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on own initiative
