Job Title: Shisha Bar Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Shisha Bar Staff. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavors to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations on shisha flavors and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha bar area, including equipment and seating areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling shisha products.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to overall customer experience.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of different shisha flavors, techniques, and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
