- *The majority of calls received as a Helpdesk Technician are in English (80%)_

**What will your daily routine be as a Helpdesk Technician?**
- Respond to technical support requests by phone or electronically;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems;
- Communicate complex technical solutions to novice users;
- Evaluate/redirect problems to the appropriate resource as needed;
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
- Track and route issues/incidents/requests and document resolutions;
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates;
- Communicate important issues with the IT team.

**What is the profile you are looking for?**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service;
- High school diploma or DEP in computer support;
- Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory).

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
