Forklift Operator/general Labourer

Northern Heat Treat is a heat-treatment facility locally owned and operated with over 60 years of experience. We are looking to fill a general labour position at Northern Heat Treat in Capreol Ontario. You will have the opportunity to gain industrial experience which includes WHMIS, forklift, and press operation training and certification. **What you Will Be Doing**
- Working as a Forklift operator
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
- Be flexible and willing to learn new skills

**What you will need**
- Your own transportation as all shift work is completed on-site
- Steel toe boots
- Physicality to work full-time labour and complete heavy lifting
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- A strong sense of job commitment and accountability
- Experience in forklift operation

**Benefits and Pay Range**
- Starting at $17.00 per hour with a raise evaluation after a 3-month working period
- Benefits after a 3-month working period
- Vacation pay
- Holiday pay

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
