Management of the company's real estate business, including leasing, property management, and development activities.
- Assist with financial audits and tax compliance requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion, conducting market research and analysis to assess feasibility and potential ROI
- Acquisition, disposition, and leasing of properties, negotiating favorable terms and maximizing profitability
- Implement policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed
- Prepare reports and updates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, real estate, engineering, finance, or a related field
- Strong business acumen
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Numerical fluency and financial literacy, familiarity with balance and income statements
- Very proficient using excel
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, financial statements, and other relevant information to inform business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
