Floater - Delta

**Cascadia Metals **is currently accepting resumes for a motivated **Floater** to join our growing team. This role will be a permanent, full-time position and is located at our Delta branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a forklift to move material within the warehouse and yard
- Organizing and sorting material for loading and space optimization
- Scanning loads with an RF scanner
- Reading paperwork to ensure accuracy of load
- Double checking loads for accuracy
- Poly wrap trucks
- Assisting the receiver and covering
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- **Must have forklift experience and license**:

- Must be reliable and punctual
- Crane experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Steel handling experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility; able to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Ability to read orders and complete basic paperwork

**Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm**
