**Duties**:

- Provide hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Mentor junior stylists in the salon
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling payments

**Experience**:

- Must have a valid cosmetology license
- At least 2 years of experience in hair styling
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
