Blue Mountains, Canada Golfshape Development Inc. Full time

Golfshape Development Inc. specializes in the construction and renovation of golf courses, as well as landscape construction services.

We are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals who enjoy physical work, outdoors. This position will include (but is not limited to) earthworks such as removing and adding topsoil, garden creation, laying patio and walkway pavers/stone, fencing, irrigation, as well as, small-scale building construction, such as sheds, pergolas, and bunkies.

**Duties**:Perform manual labour and equipment operation duties for golf course construction projects and high-end landscaping in the Collingwood / Blue Mountains / Meaford area. Additional travel may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Operate various tools, small engine equipment and vehicles, survey equipment, and small hand tools, etc.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate tractors and other motorized construction equipment.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to complete demanding outdoor work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills and have a positive and respectful attitude.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation.
- Safety boots and gloves are required.
- Landscape and/or golf course construction experience is an asset, but not required.
- Carpentry experience such as building framing is an asset.
- Punctual and available to work weekends and holidays if required.
- May be required to complete other tasks as needed.

Pay rate will be based upon experience. Starting at $19 - $22 / hour.
