Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and compliance standards
- Accurately handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale systems
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

**Skills**:

- Experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Comfortable working with computerized systems
- Leadership skills to guide team members effectively

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
