Hunter National Recruitment is hiring 2 Bilingual (French/English) Operations Coordinators. Two open positions are available with our client in Mississauga / Oakville.

This is a Monday to Friday role - Full Time Permanent - At home & In Office work.
Supporting National Sales initiatives, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with clients in the medical field, creating trust, providing superior support for the operations team.
- Managing the entire order process, ensuring fill rates, OTD rates, and ensure orders ship in full meeting lead time requirements.
- Working alongside various internal teams on special requests, projects, customized orders to ensure its proper flow and fulfillment.
- Responsible for managing various daily & monthly reports and its distribution to required staff evaluating pro-actively potential issues and inventory shorts.
- Support Logistics and work with carriers to provide documentation required and appointment confirmations.
To successfully succeed in this role key elements are required:
- Fluency in both French & English (Written and verbal) is mandatory.
- A completed University Degree or post-secondary education
- Previous experience in a related role within Customer Service, Supply Chain or Sales Support. Min 2 years.
- Ability to learn quickly, pickup on new technologies and proficiency in excel. (Pivot tables, Formulas, V-lookups)
- Someone who will thrive in this role will be highly team oriented, brings strong problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
