Data Quality Control Technician

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the Onboarding/Offboarding process:Issue/revoke security certificates as required
Provide/revoke access to internal tools as required
Provide/revoke Market Access as required

Assist business users in resolving access issues, unlocking accounts, and resetting passwords
Ensure the renewal of security certificates for various market portals
Manage contacts in various systems
Monitor data transfers between different systems
Manage system reference data
Administer user system roles and privileges
Stay updated on changes from external parties, such as URLs, reports, and IPs
Prepare and deliver SOx reports to auditors (internal/external)
Participate in new integrations

Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Experience in the Energy Marketing industry is an asset
Proficiency in Excel, ETRMs, and Alteryx is an asset
Proficiency in English is essential; bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
College degree in Information Business Administration, Technology, or a related field

Pay: $14.25-$34.31 per hour
