**Responsibilities**:
Perform follow-ups on reference letters and requests
Market available units and adjust rents
Replace at the reception if required
Ensure follow-ups on various verbal or written messages
Enter various lease information into BPMS
Carry out daily filing and archiving
Manage MSI’s public folder
Prepare files for hearings at the Tribunal
Perform any other related tasks related to revenue, rental and administration’s department

**Experience and Educational Requirements**:
One (1) year of experience in customer service
DEC (CEGEP Diploma) or equivalent experience

**Technical Requirements**:
Comprehensive knowledge of Word and Excel

**Non-Technical Requirements**:
Professional ethics
Sensitive to delivering quality customer service
Ability to work independently efficiently in a team environment
Bilingualism (French and English)
Availability and flexibility to work overtime
