SPY Communications Inc. is hiring Underground Coax Service Drop team members (Last Mile) for 2024.

Underground Service Drop teams (Last Mile), are responsible for replacement or repair and the cut over for new service drops to the home.

This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with the ability for on-call emergency response and available on Saturdays if required during the high season.
- Understand and promotes Health and Safety responsibilities.
- Receive and complete daily work orders assigned from workflow admin.
- Will communicate with customers, property owners of the physical locations where the cables are buried.
- Manage truck inventory and tools.
- Will install underground service drops from pole/pedestal to the point of entry.
- Will use hand tools (shovels, picks), drills, cut off saws & ladders.
- Will complete the cut over (activation) of the new service drop installed, ensure service drop integrity and remove temporary service drop.
- Must be self motivated, positive individual.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to daily workflow changes.
- Desire to learn and grow.
- Team success goal oriented.
- Ability to work with the public, customers and their team in a professional, positive manner.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve as challenges present themselves.
- Must have the ability to complete physical work activities, including bending and reaching.
- Must have the ability to work in outdoor environments, shoulder seasons and summer season.

**Renumeration/Employment package**
- Wage range starting at $19.50-$25 an hour, based on previous experience.
- Company Vehicle to take home for Crew Leaders.
- Company Phone allowance.
- Daily food and road expenses if travelling out of zone.
- Ability to grow with a fast paced, professional firm and move within the company to various departments.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 9-10 months

**Salary**: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
