Cold Bore Technology is a global leader in providing autonomous frac and is currently being sought after by all the major producers.
Cold Bore’s SmartPAD is the first and only completions master control system and is providing the infrastructure for bi-directional communication between all services on-site. Sharing data throughout the entire site and tracking the operation through sensor-based wellheads establishes a single timestamp, which is the only way to achieve fully autonomous completions.
Through the consolidation of digital data sources with SmartPAD, Cold Bore provides operators with analytics in real-time allowing them to make informed decisions from their site or remotely.
**Role Description**:
The _**Account Manager **_is responsible for providing best-in-class service and support to clients of Cold Bore Technology. This role involves working closely with the Client Engagement team to ensure that clients' needs are met, and that they are satisfied with the products or services provided.
Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue from those customers. The Account Managerwill report to the Client Engagement Managerand will work closely with them to implement Client Engagement management strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide best-in-class service and support to clients in the Oil and Gas industry and Completions sector.
- Assist clients with onboarding and training.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, software, operations and product development, to ensure that client needs are being met.
- Monitor and analyze Client Engagement management metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.
- Identify and target specific clients or groups of clients and implement sales strategies that focus on their specific needs and preferences.
- Regular check-ins, targeted marketing campaigns and ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional needs.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in meetings and decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Client Engagement/Account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Client Engagement/Account management software and tools.
- Startup experience is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to adapt and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Product development, sales process and the Oil and Gas industry, specifically Completions is considered an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
