As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Kitchen Cook.

As a Kitchen Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive nutritious and delicious meals every day. You will work closely with the kitchen team to prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing ingredients and cooking meals in accordance with menu specifications.
- Ensuring that all meals are served at the appropriate temperature and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences of residents.
- Providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive dining experience for residents.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Knowledge of food safety principles and regulations.
- Strong culinary skills and the ability to prepare meals from scratch.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Compassion and empathy for older adults.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.35 per hour
