**Position**: Seasonal Drivers (DZ & G License)
**Location**: Ottawa, ON

**Novaxpress** is currently hiring seasonal drivers to join our dynamic delivery team. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals with either a **DZ** or **G** license to help deliver parcels in and around the Ottawa area. These positions are available immediately, with competitive pay based on performance.

We are hiring for two specific driver types:
1. **DZ Drivers (Straight Truck Drivers)**

As a **DZ driver**, you will work as part of a two-person team responsible for delivering heavy parcels. You will drive a straight truck and handle the loading, unloading, and delivery of large packages to businesses and residential addresses within Ottawa and the surrounding areas.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Drive a straight truck to deliver heavy and bulky parcels to various locations.
- Work alongside a teammate to ensure efficient delivery and unloading.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Ensure packages are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Follow established delivery routes and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and completed routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- **Requirements**:

- Valid **DZ** driver’s license.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and delivering heavy packages (up to 150 lbs).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- **Compensation**:

- **$5.00 per package** delivered.
- **Bi-weekly payments** via direct deposit to your bank account.

2. **G Drivers (Cargo Van Drivers)**

As a **G driver**, you will be responsible for delivering regular parcels independently throughout Ottawa. You will use a cargo van to transport packages from our warehouse to customers' locations, ensuring that all parcels are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Drive a cargo van to deliver smaller parcels to residential and commercial locations within Ottawa.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed efficiently and within the designated time frame.
- Handle packages carefully to avoid damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including assisting with unloading when necessary.
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- **Requirements**:

- Valid **G** driver’s license.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting and carrying parcels (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- **Compensation**:

- **$3.50 per package** delivered.
- **Bi-weekly payments** via direct deposit to your bank account.

**Additional Information**:

- **Start Date**: Positions available **immediately**.
- **Work Area**: All deliveries will originate from within the city of Ottawa and be delivered in Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- **Schedule**: Full-time positions with flexible hours depending on delivery needs.
- **Equipment**: Vehicle will be provided by the company.
- **Training**: On-the-job training will be provided to ensure drivers are familiar with the delivery process and safety protocols.
