Operations Administrator

McClelland Oilfield Rentals Ltd.

McClelland Oilfield Rentals Ltd. is a privately-owned family business supplying oilfield rental equipment and unsurpassed service for the past 41 years. We are currently looking for a full time Operations Administrator based in Clairmont, Alberta.

As the Operations administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to the operations team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Responsible to assist the operations and business development leaders in managing, developing and implementing all administrative systems for both departments.
- Responsible to ensure that all systems in the operations and business development departments work cohesively with all other departments
- Responsible for generating and finalizing P.O.’s
- Responsible for generating and finalizing delivery tickets
- Responsible for inputting and updating certification information
- Responsible for assisting with inventory management
- Responsible for assisting all staff with admin and clerical duties as required
- Responsible for general office duties such as filing, faxing, typing, photocopying, scanning, printing, shredding, laminating, answering phones
- Additional tasks as provided by Operations and Sales Leaders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Team Player
- Experience in an office environment or relatable education preferred
- Strong attention to detail, results oriented
- Strong time management skills

**Salary**: $30,576.10-$49,920.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
