**Position Summary**:This course provides an overview of user experience design principles and processes from a broad multidisciplinary perspective, emphasizing how user research and prototype assessment can be integrated into different phases of the design process for a wide array of products, services, and media content. The course introduces students to methods used to understand user's needs and activities, with a focus on conveying user centered design solutions through storytelling, sketching, and iterative prototyping. Students are given real world design problems.

- PhD Preferred
- Experience teaching or providing training in: UX Strategy
- 2 years’ professional experience in a UX role, preferably at a senior or strategic level 2 years’ experience teaching at the college or university level
