**About the Role**:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of Professional level duties pertaining to the sourcing and negotiating of Service requirements in support of the Operations at Vista’s Windsor and Reno facilities.

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for compiling and preparing contract bid documents (RFP/RFQ) to be presented to Supply Base
- Establish and maintain contract records and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Responsible for Procurement strategy, preparation of quotation analysis, presentations and recommendations for Contract award to local and global stakeholders
- Support Global Procurement team on local initiatives, vendor monitoring and performance
- Prepare purchase orders for equipment and services necessary to support North American operations
- Work closely with General Counsel to review Master Service Agreements and Scope of Work documents where applicable
- Responsible to update and maintain database and systems with contract details
- Support MRO team with assistance in creating purchase orders, and tracking delivery requirements
- Execute and support purchasing processes for complex service or material buys with mínimal direction
- When required actively participate in quoting, negotiating and purchase order issue for indirect materials
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of P.O data and order confirmation of P.O by supplier
- Negotiate cost savings, cost avoidance for assigned material and service contracts
- Support improvements in the use of SAP for the purchasing process
- Develop, implement and support new purchasing processes as required
- Other Duties will be assigned as required by Manager

**What You Need**:

- Post-secondary education in Business management is considered an asset
- 5+ years’ experience in Contract Services or MRO Purchasing
- Digital literacy including the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Experience with RFP procedure, quote analysis, PO issuance and contract management
- Experience in managing supplier deliveries and invoices
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision for extended periods of time
- Strong interpersonal skills & teamwork attitude is required
- Ability to follow Supply Chain procedures and teach others as needed
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- SAP experience
