Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist/ Booking Agent to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pleasantly greet patients, confirm and obtain information to register patient
- Schedule patients for various diagnostic imaging exams either in person or over the phone
- Maintain and update patient records as necessary
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming exams
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times

Qualifications:

- Able to communicate in a courteous manner at all times
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Customer service experience is welcomed but not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
