Notre équipe de gestion des produits est à la recherche d'un **Spécialiste de produits **expérimenté pour accélérer notre plateforme de réseau VE. Les principales responsabilités comprennent l'exécution de la vision du produit et de la feuille de route pour nos opérateurs de points de charge VE, en veillant à ce que nos offres répondent aux besoins de nos clients tout en s'alignant sur les objectifs commerciaux de FLO. Cette personne devra également travailler avec des équipes de développement et de conception interfonctionnelles.

**À PROPOS DU RÔLE**
- Diriger la définition et la hiérarchisation des éléments du backlog et des nouvelles fonctionnalités.
- Prioriser les améliorations, les corrections, le département technique et les services en fonction des besoins des clients et de la valeur de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer quotidiennement avec votre équipe (équipe de développement).
- Valider les livrables avec les parties prenantes
- Participer à la veille concurrentielle et technologique pour les réseaux de recharge des VE
- Établir les spécifications, KPI et jalons liés au développement du produit
- Participer aux activités de gestion du cycle de vie du produit
- Communiquer les améliorations, les fonctionnalités et les versions du produit aux principaux clients et parties prenantes
- Rencontrer les clients pour soutenir l'équipe de vente et pour recueillir la voix du client et les problèmes.
- Promouvoir activement le travail fourni et les résultats dans le cadre du processus de développement du produit.

**À PROPOS DE VOUS**
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans le rôle de Product Owner
- **Connaissance de l'infrastructure des plates-formes et des cycles de développement web**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais
- Expérience dans des environnements de développement agile
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et fort intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à penser stratégiquement et à agir méthodologiquement
- Capacité à gérer des activités avec des priorités concurrentielles
- Compétences avérées en matière de travail d'équipe
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci de livrer des produits de haute qualité dans les délais impartis.

ENGLISH

Our Product Management team is looking for an experienced** Product Owner** to accelerate our EV network platform. The main responsibilities include executing the product vision and roadmap for our EV charging point operators, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our customers while aligning with FLO's business objectives. This individual will also be expected to work with cross functional development and design teams.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Lead the definition and prioritization of the backlog items and new features
- prioritizing enhancements, fixes, tech dept and services based on customer needs and business value.
- Collaborate daily with your squad (development team)
- Validate the deliverables with stakeholders
- Participate in the competitive & technological watch for EV charging networks
- Establish the specifications, KPI & milestones related to the product development
- Participate in the product life cycle management activities
- Communicate the improvements, features, and releases of the product the key customers and stakeholders
- Meet the customers to support the sales team and to capture the Voice of the Customer & problem.
- Actively promote the work delivered and the results as part of the product development process.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years experience in the role of a Product Owner
- **Domain knowledge of platform infrastructure and web development lifecycles**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Capability to communicate in French & English
- Experience in agile development environments
- Excellent analysis capabilities with strong interest for problem solving
- Capability to think strategically and to act methodologically
- Capacity to manage activities with competitive priorities
- Demonstrated skills in teamwork
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality products on target
