**Position Overview: This position is for Part-Time evenings and weekends. **We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Baristas join our dynamic team. As a Barista at Centurion Coffee Company, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee beverages and baked goods, engaging with customers, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, tea, milkshakes, smoothies and food adhering to our quality standards and recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and serving areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to expand your knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques, and customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our values and ethos.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required. We would be training you from scratch.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy shifts with a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
