**Job Summary**
The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This position involves strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments while driving business development efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Facilitate communication between departments, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment on key projects and objectives.
- Negotiate with external partners and stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for executive meetings and decision-making processes.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic planning efforts.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong background in project management.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in business development or partnership management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred but not required.

The Chief of Staff position is essential for driving organizational success through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
