**AS AN ODOO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT, YOU WILL**:

- Lead Odoo ERP implementation through establishing a change management approach and overseeing all project management activities: planning, change control, risks identification and mitigation plan, budget tracking, priorities setting, resources coordination.
- Deliver multiple projects to quality, on-time and on-budget.
- Manage and communicate with the customer on project’s progress and success, ensuring achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
- Understand the overall business processes for the businesses we work with, identify any gaps with the Odoo workflows and propose solutions
- Coordinate business process owners and act as single point of contact for the project.
- Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization.
- Spearhead a project team, consisting of internal members and customers.
- Present project progress to stakeholders.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings with project teams.
- Contribute to various internal initiatives, including training and ongoing systems improvements.
- Continuously seek and follow Odoo functional and technical latest updates.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- As an Odoo Functional Consultant, we are looking for someone who is resourceful, self-driven, and organized. Furthermore, you would have to have:

- Degree in IT, Business, Accounting or relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading software product development or Implementation
- Odoo certifications highly preferred
- Willingness to learn and develop Odoo product skills in all areas
- Background in finance/accounting, order to cash, purchase to pay, inventory management, general wholesales experience is an asset
- PMP Certification or First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred
- Highly interactive with cross functional and multi-cultural teams
- Ability to lead multiple projects across multiple locations
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- This position is based out of Toronto, ON, Canada.
