Job opening description:
Opening is for an experienced construction/work crew foreman with a class 3a license and is an immediate full time year round position.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Class 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
- Driver’s Abstract
- Eligible to work in Canada (no restrictions)
- Willing to work OT (10+hrs)
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role
- Experience operating heavy equipment (eg. front end loaders, graders)

Nice to have:

- Open availability (including nights and weekends)
- Light mechanic/maintenance experience

Duties include:

- Collaborating with Operations for work planning and scheduling
- Staff supervision and performance management
- Operating Skid Steer/ Front End Loader / Street Sweeper / Forestry Mulcher
- Operating a tandem dump truck hauling mud / aggregate / asphalt
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections
- Weekly routine maintenance
- Some manual labor (on site setup, general shop duties)
- On-site customer relations

About Terrace Property Maintenance:
We are a fast-growing company that provides commercial property maintenance, snow clearing, power sweeping, grading, excavation and hauling services. We believe in serving our clients with an unmatched level of customer service through communication and quality.

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over seven years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional staff. We are looking to onboard people who will work collaboratively with our team to accomplish a common goal.

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
