Good People Therapy is an Ontario-based boutique online therapy group practice dedicated to providing exceptional, trauma-informed relational psychotherapy.

We’re looking for Therapist Associates to join our virtual group practice.

This is an independent contractor position which gives you the freedom and flexibility of running your own practice with the added support and security of being part of a collective. This is ideal for new therapists looking to build their caseload, receive mentorship, supervision and collegial support OR for more established clinicians who are tired of the added stress of dealing with business/admin side of things or who may be feeling isolated and wanting to be part of a community of like-minded therapists.

WHAT YOU BRING:

- a Masters or Graduate degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling or Social Work and registered in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW
- Up-to-date professional liability insurance
- A minimum of 10+ client hours of availability per week, including some evening and/or weekend availability
- Training / interested in training in any the following approaches: Trauma-informed, Relational, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment, IFS, EMDR, AEDP, Somatic therapies, Couples, Family, Addiction, Neurodivergence
- A friendly, reliable and hard-working attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enthusiastic desire to build your own practice and help grow our clinic
- Ease providing virtual therapy and access to a professional-looking, private sound-proofed space with reliable/fast wifi connection
- Ability and desire to commit to a minimum 1 year contract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
