**Your New Role: Sales Hunter - CEO of Your Territory**
As an Industrial Outside Sales Specialist at Progressive Sealing, you will be the driving force of our expansion, embodying the role of a "Sales Hunter." Your primary focus will be to aggressively pursue new business opportunities while nurturing our existing client base across your designated territory. You will act as the CEO of your territory, crafting a personalized Sales Business Plan to target new clients, maintain existing relationships, and optimize sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a robust Sales Business Plan.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand customer base.
- Foster and maintain relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to track engagements and move deals through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in monthly accountability sessions with the Sales Manager to review performance and adjust strategies as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business and managing a sales territory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High level of self-motivation with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle capable of navigating your territory.
- Ability to relocate within Saskatchewan after the training period, if necessary.
- Willingness to travel overnight, as needed, up to 50% of the time.

Pay: $70,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
