Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Supervisory Responsibilities**:_
- Hires and trains IT staff.
- Schedules, organizes, and assigns projects to members of the IT team or project stakeholders
- Conducts performance evaluations with feedback
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department.
- Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
- Minimize downtime
- Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
- Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
- Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Ensure system uptime and high support standards are met
- Ability to provide data and metrics on departmental or business performance
- All reporting requirements are executed and continually made available

- Align IT objectives and programs with the organization’s overall vision, strategies and objectives.
- Lead planning and implementation of all management and reporting systems, including test systems, client operations and internal communications.

- Define, update and implement IT strategy, and manage IT across the full group of companies.
- Define IT performance metrics based on the organization’s overall objectives; control performance objectives and IT budget.
- Develop, in concert with other senior leaders, forward-looking models and initiatives that provide insight into the organization’s clinic operations, provision of care, and efficiency.

- Manage and define all computer and communications activities within the organization.
- Plan and manage strategic IT initiatives.
- Manage IT projects.
- Manage the implementation of business initiative; ensure that implementation does not result in any loss in productivity.
- Ensure day-to-day operations of all IT-related functions.

- Maximize the mix, and optimize the cost, of in-house vs. outsourced services.
- Establish strategic service provider partnerships.
- Work with CFO to define standards and architectures.
- Development & Implementation of procedures and standards related to the procurement of software and hardware.
- Ensure a standardized approach to the IT process across the organization.
- Eliminate failure points within the IT architecture.
- Direct and ensure the responsiveness of the internal data centers, technical service centers, help desks, communications networks (voice and data), and computer systems operations.
- Develop and lead policy development as it relates to best practices and other information management and technology-driven innovations.
- Represent the organization from a technology perspective to partners, coalitions, government and community organizations and technology trade groups; play a vocal and visible role.
- Remain up to date on technology innovation and audit best practices.
- **Risk Management **_
- Align IT risk management with organization-wide risk management.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of all electronic and records of the enterprise.
- Interact with senior management team to monitor and validate the organization’s compliance with information security policies; play a key role in defining these policies.
- Ensure maintenance of appropriate security-related procedures and controls.
**Requirements**:
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management or IT operations supervisor roles.
- Adequate knowledge and experience with IT systems and services, such as hardware, software, cloud computing, networking, and security.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing ERP solutions
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of IT Desktop Support personnel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
