We are seeking to add key individual to our Team as the Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who will bring strong operations experience to our team, we want those willing to challenge themselves and us to grow with us. It all starts with finding the right people to help us achieve our goals and be a part of our Team Culture and vision.
This role would be hired as a consultant contractor (self employed) full time working for DORE Property Management. We are looking for a diverse skill set that will allow us to achieve our short
- and long-term goals. You will need your own computer, cell phone, and access to internet to be able to work remotely when required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the move out/in process
- Manage the service team including contractors (hiring, reviews)
- Assisting with updating and creating operating procedures
- Managing the service request process and tracking KPI’s
- Assisting with reviewing adding service providers as needed
- Assist with scheduling of team for coverage
- Taking on projects as needed
- Training team members
- Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Overall responsibility over the daily operations of the service department

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proficiency in Yardi software and other property management tools
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office operations
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of CRM'S and experience in negotiation and customer relationship management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
