Cycle Counter

**Summary**

Slegg Building Materials is seeking a Cycle Counter to join our team. This position is Full-Time and the shifts are Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm. The wage range is $20.50 - $22 per hour. Our Extended Health & Dental benefits start after 3 months.

**The Responsibilities**
- Perform ongoing, rotating inventory counts of merchandise
- Ensure inventory is properly accounted for and controlled
- Complete on-hand inventory adjustments
- Updating inventory reports using Excel
- Conduct quarterly inventories
- Update product labels and support price changes
- Position will be working inside and outside
- Other duties as assigned by management

**The Requirements**
- Broad knowledge of building supplies and home improvement products is an asset
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be available for quarterly inventory
- Knowledge of Excel is an asset
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as team
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of basic mathematics
- Physical requirements include:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
