**Clinical Counsellor - Full-time or Part-time Opportunities Available**

We are looking for a **Clinical Counsellor** to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in providing holistic, patient-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments and provide therapy to individuals dealing with a range of psychological concerns, including trauma, stress, and emotional distress.
- Collaborate closely with medical doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for each patient.
- Communicate with ICBC/insurance companies to facilitate patients’ claims and treatment plans.
- Write clear, concise initial and discharge reports for ICBC claims, ensuring thorough documentation of patient progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, updating them regularly, and submit as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **Clinical Counsellor** in good standing with a Provincial Licensing body, holding professional liability insurance with full coverage.
- Proficiency in **EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)**.
- A team-oriented individual who is energetic, self-motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with patients, insurance companies, and the rest of the healthcare team.
- Open-minded and eager to learn - we value humility and a willingness to grow professionally.
- Experience with ICBC cases is a strong asset, but not required.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese) is an asset but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00-$123,363.00 per year
