about this team

The Sample Room team is responsible for creating samples, mockups and performing alterations to support the design and development of lululemon product. The Sample Room team works in collaboration with Product and Brand partners to execute their requests and support the product creation process. 

a day in the life
- Sew sample and mockup in accordance with industry standard sewing practices and lululemon construction standards
- Successfully sew fabrications that fall under woven, non-woven and knit Verify that the integrity of the fabric is maintained in cut fabric. Communicate deviations to leader
- Ensure cut fabric is notched together correctly. Communicate deviations to leader

qualifications
- Degree or diploma, focused in formalized training in garment assembly
- Minimum two years of industry experience sewing garments and garments components
- Knowledge of seaming and bonding techniques
- Proficient at reading patterns and measuring samples
