Duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to:
preparing, seasoning and cooking foods such as soups, salad, meats, fish, gravies, vegetables, desserts, sauces and casseroles;
washing, peeling and cutting vegetables;
cleaning and cutting meat, fish and poultry;
cleaning kitchen equipment and cooking utensils;
carving meats, preparing portions on a plate and add gravies, sauces and garnish for servings; preparing special diets;
overseeing menu planning and supervising kitchen staff; multi tasking and teamwork skills, follows proper presentation and garnish set up for all dishes;
Must be able to work a flexible schedule - mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience minimum of 3 years.
