Westburne Electric, a division of Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., is a leader in electrical product distribution, participating in the commercial, residential, industrial and institutional markets across Canada.
**DESCRIPTION**
We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team at our **St Boniface, Winnipeg** location. If you want to work in a dynamic team environment and you excel when being trusted with responsibility then Westburne is the place for you.

The St Boniface Branch Manager is in direct contact with customers, and is responsible for leading the St Boniface location in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving Westburne strategic deliverables.
**Responsibilities**:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create a shopping experience founded in exceptional customer service.
- Provide leadership in creating and maintaining a culture of teamwork.
- With support from the Operations and Procurement teams, monitor and assist in the selection and the processing of stock and flow inventory.
- Schedule and facilitate training for staff as it pertains to professional development and technical training.
- Maintain a professional storefront and an excellent Net Promoter Score.
- Maintain a high level of procedure quality and health and safety standards.
- Enlarge the Winnipeg customer base through growing existing and onboarding new customers
**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelors' degree in business, management or a related field. Five (5) years’ experience in the electrical industry including three (3) years in a management capacity. The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills are a necessity.
- Product knowledge of the electrical distribution industry is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written, an ability to impart knowledge, provide training & motivate employees.
- Computer literacy - proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400.
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
