March Break Camp Counsellor and Jr. Counsellor

BGC Dawson's March Break camp team is currently recruiting day camp counsellors and junior counsellors (grade 11 students) to join us March 6-March 10, 2023

**Position Description**:
Each counsellor will receive a 12 hour comprehensive training that will prepare them to lead and animate exciting and engaging winter programming for children 5-12 years old.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement and animate indoor/outdoor winter activities for your group of children
- Participate in all group activities and outings
- Provide leadership and oversight to your assigned group and mitigate conflicts
- Other assigned tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Collaborative
- Creativity
- Experience working with children
- Bilingualism: English/ French

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 10 days

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
