**Bus Monitor**

Our Transportation team is looking for bus monitors. You would be responsible for aiding in the transportation of children from their schools to their respective centres. In these roles, you would implement a fun, safe and educational program for school aged children following the standards mandated by the Province of British Columbia, Community Care Regulations.

10 - 25 hours per week
Monday - Friday available

Bus Monitor
- Supervising and maintaining the safety of children on the bus at all times
- Walking the children to the bus from their school and then from the bus to the designated YMCA School Age Program
- Ensuring awareness of number of children on the bus at all times and knowing who is dropped off at each location
- Adhering to all cleaning and sanitization policies set forth by the supervisor
- Be available on short notice for extra coverage
- Provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for children
- Current Child Care First Aid, CPR and AED certification an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

**Salary**: $17.51-$18.95 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prince George, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
