As an Embroidery Specialist at Icy Studios, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our Tajima TMEZ embroidery machines. You will play a key role in producing intricate and high-quality embroidery on a variety of garments, ensuring each piece meets our stringent quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Tajima TMEZ embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered garments.
- Setup and troubleshoot the embroidery machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Monitor embroidery processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of embroidery designs, machine maintenance, and production outputs.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize embroidery designs and production schedules.
- Regularly inspect finished products to guarantee compliance with quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating Tajima embroidery machines, particularly the TMEZ model.
- Deep understanding of embroidery machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- At least 2 years of experience in a têxtile or garment manufacturing environment.
