**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team full time

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**: Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, and provide information about our clinic's services.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the veterinary team's time.

**Patient Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

**Billing and Payments**: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and provide estimates for services.

**Coordinate Communication**: Act as a liaison between clients and the veterinary staff, relaying important information and updates.

**Office Organization**: Keep the reception area organized and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 year's of working experience in a veterinary clinic.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

**Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly with the veterinary team.

**Knowledge**: Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is preferred.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
