Saskatoon, Canada Federated Co-operatives Limited Full time

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent full-time basis for our Co-op Central Services Pharmacy located in Regina, SK.

This position requires you to be on-site 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The CCS facility is closed all weekends and statutory holidays. **What you’ll do**:
The goal of the Co-op Central Services Facility is to provide exceptional prescription fulfillment services to pharmacies across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) contributing to the overall success and the Co-op legacy of providing outstanding patient-oriented professional care.
- Work with fellow staff in the preparation, packaging and distribution of medication both manually and using automation technology.
- Perform inventory management functions such as ordering pharmacy inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and identifying expired products for disposal, destruction, or return to manufacturer, and reporting all discrepancies to the Pharmacy Manager.
- Maintain and control the cash register (when required), accurately and efficiently completing all transactions in a courteous, prompt, and precise manner in accordance with cash handling policies and procedures.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves, and storage areas.
- Ensuring all medication deliveries are prepared accurately and shipped in a timely manner
- Other duties as required.

**The Team**: You will work with a team of dedicated pharmacy professionals, a Staff Pharmacist, a Pharmacy Technician, and 4 fellow Pharmacy Assistants. You will be reporting directly to the Pharmacy Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of innovation, growth, and autonomy.

**The Customers**:You will support the pharmacies throughout the CRS, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders on services and deliveries.

**Who you are**:

- Have 1-3 of customer service experience.
- Have a High School Diploma.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
