Accounts Payable Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently reviewing, verifying, and entering accounts payable invoices with high accuracy in GL coding and adhere to approval levels.
- Prepare and process payment batches for vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous Experience _**A MUST **_ in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage AccPac, Beanworks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal skills highlighted by excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player who is adaptable and has the ability to work independently
- Must have excellent attendance record with minimum 3 years accounts payable experience
- Other miscellaneous duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
