**Position: Receptionist**

**Term: One-year contract (Maternity Leave, immediately - January 2024)**

**Salary: $17.00/hour**

**Hours: 35 hours/week, 8:30a.m. - 4:00p.m., Monday - Friday**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the supervision of the Life Long Learning Administrator, the Receptionist will ensure adherence to operating guidelines and policies of the Life Long Learning Division. In addition to greeting and directing visitors, the Receptionist will assist with the daily operations of the Oneida Education Office which supports students under the Education Service Agreement with Thames Valley District School Board, as well as all other departments within the Life Long Learning division.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1. Grade 12 Diploma **PLUS** minimum one (1) year employment experience as a receptionist;
2. Experience operating a multi-line telephone system, **an asset**;
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
