**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform installation tasks including carpentry, drywall, caulking, and construction painting.
- Build and assemble structures according to design plans, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance as needed, demonstrating maintenance person skills for various tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise during installation.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and materials.
- Experience in caulking and drywall installation is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately is an asset
- Previous maintenance person experience will be considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $25.26-$27.30 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
