Compensation:

- 80 HOURS base month salary guaranteed
- $20-$22 an hour.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Clear snow and ice from commercial sidewalks, storefronts, and residential properties.
- Operate snow removal equipment, including snowrators, mini skid steers, snow throwers, and hand tools etc.
- Ensure all snow removal tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme cold and snow.
- Maintain and care for equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and ensure safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous manual labor for extended periods in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to operate snow removal equipment, including snowrators, mini skid steers, snow throwers, and other tools.
- Previous snow removal experience with commercial and residential properties is an asset. - 1 year commercial experience required.
- Valid full Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of clean driving history (please provide a 3-year driver’s abstract).
- Must have all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for snow removal tasks.
- Ability to work long, flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

- Guaranteed base salary of $20-$22/Hour for the first 80 hours worked each month.
- Overtime pay at $20-$22/hour for any hours worked beyond 80 hours per month.
