**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Sous la supervision du VP de Marketing, vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Développer un benchmark concurrentiel (produit, marché, USP).
- Effectuer des analyses de prix, recommander un modèle de tarification optimal et exécuter des changements de prix annuels lorsque nécessaire.
- Comprendre les conditions du marché et les voies d'accès au marché, évaluer et recommander le placement de produit, la tarification et le canal les plus appropriés pour maximiser les performances des catégories.
- En collaboration avec les équipes de gestion des produits, des ventes, du marketing et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, planifier, coordonner et exécuter le lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente, de gestion des produits, de réussite client et d'ingénierie pour affiner et faire évoluer notre feuille de route pour nos produits.
- Effectuer des analyses et rapports réguliers sur les ventes et les bénéfices dans le but de fournir des recommandations pour atteindre les KPI ciblés.
- Surveiller, analyser et communiquer les tendances du marché concurrentiel pour identifier les opportunités de croissance. Développer un processus pour recueillir les commentaires du marché.
- Collaborer avec la gestion des produits et les communications marketing pour développer un positionnement de produit et de communication qui différencient les produits de Ranger Design des concurrents sur différents marchés et qui résonnent avec nos acheteurs cibles.
- Soutenir la création et maintenir le contenu marketing du portefeuille de produits, par ex. fiches de vente, diapositives d'études de cas, brochures, notes de solution, démos et autres outils de vente.

**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**:
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits/catégories ou en gestion du marketing produit.
- Communicateur(trice) efficace avec la capacité d'influencer et de persuader.
- Analytique, capable de manipuler et d'interpréter des données, des chiffres et d'autres sources d'information.
- Autonomie, excellentes capacités d'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités.
- Attitude positive, expérience de travail pratique, autonomie, capacité de s'exprimer et de mettre des idées en mouvement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite avec la capacité de transmettre et de traduire un langage technique avec différents niveaux et types d'utilisateurs.
- Esprit d’équipe.
- Capable de planifier et d'établir des priorités dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Responsable et déterminé à atteindre nos objectifs.

**Position**:Product Marketing Manager**
Permanent position (full-time)
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting to the VP of marketing, you will be responsible for the following:
- Build, communicate and update a competitive benchmark (product, market, USP).
- Perform price analysis, recommend an optimal pricing model and execute annual price changes whenever necessary.
- Understand market conditions and paths to market, evaluate and recommend the most appropriate product placement, pricing and channel to maximize category performance
- In collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, plan, coordinate and execute the launch of new products and releases.
- Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product roadmap.
- Regular analysis and reporting on sales and profit with the objective to provide recommendations to achieve category KPIs.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and refine a process for gathering market feedback.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Ranger Design’s products from competitors across different markets and that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Support the creation and maintenance of product marketing content around the product portfolio, e.g. sales sheets, case studies slide decks, brochures, solution briefs, demos, and other sales tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5-7 years of Product/Category Management or Product Marketing Management experience
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence and persuade
- Analytical, able to manipulate and interpret data, numbers, and other sources of information Autonomy, excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
