**Product Manager**

Summary of the role:

- Offer broad competencies in business, technology, data analytics, project management, marketing, and UX design to launching multiple products and lines
- Oversee the development, delivery, and promotion of new products using agile project management methodology and analyses of consumer data
- Required cross-functional skills: critical thinking, stakeholder management, judgment and decision making, complex problem solving

Details of the job description:

- Prepare and present compelling business case for the development of a product line and enhancement of existing products
- Communicate an action plan and product development and maintenance tactics to achieve company-envisioned business outcomes
- Lead the artwork team to deliver artwork-related tasks during the Line Review, package development, and product.
- Analyze data to support decision-making related to product features and launch success
- Implement design thinking, UX, and other relevant frameworks to support business needs across multiple industries and product types
- Category analysis: Review and interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern within the category
- Assortment planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize product assortments, ensuring the right mix and trends are captured, forecast proper sales and category growth
- Competitive analysis and shopper insights: Monitor _both_ competitive products and trending, providing recommendations to stay ahead in the marketplace, and conduct regular consumer and shopper research to understand buying behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Support Price and Promotion strategies: Utilize the consolidated product + shopper and market insights to drive category strategies through pricing, promotion, and exit actions to align category goals by collaborating with strategy and sales teams
- Planning and Reporting: Regularly provide category performance, insights, and product recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Certificates and experiences in Product Management is a huge asset
- 3 - 5 years of experience in category and product management, preferably in the CPG industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and insights analysis
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Working experience with offshore manufacturing partners
- Ability to build strong internal and external team relationships
