**Jiffy Lube is looking for an experienced Lube Technician to join our team in Timmins This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team, providing tire and lubrication services in a safe and supportive working environment.**

**Technician duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
- Perform fluid/filter replacement and other vehicle maintenance items.
- Perform vehicle tire repairs, replacements and summer/winter swaps.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate goods or service.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting.
- Clean floors, fixtures and maintain a clutter free environment.
- Collect and dispose of all garbage and recyclables.
- Always maintain professionalism and represent company in a positive manner.
- Follow all processes and procedures as established by the management team.
- Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Attend and participate in training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Jiffy Lube management team.

**What you bring**:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and service preferred.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Proficiency using computers and learning new programs.
- Schedule flexibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the quick lube industry is an asset.

**Work Conditions**:

- Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
- Interaction with employees, management, and the public.
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 50 lbs.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
