**About the job**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Consulting Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and providing strategic IT consulting services to help them achieve success. Your expertise in managing client accounts and driving customer satisfaction will be key to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Job Duties:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all IT consulting needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals, and provide strategic IT consulting services to address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, project plans, and service agreements to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- Monitor project progress and manage client expectations throughout the engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT consulting services to existing clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT consulting, and provide recommendations to clients to enhance their IT infrastructure and operations.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, participate in client presentations, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Other duties may be assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail

**To Apply**

**Salary**: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
