To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Prior experience as a rubber liner and knowledge of rubber products is an asset
- Positive "can do" attitude, working both in a team and autonomously
- Ability to read blueprints
- Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Proactive approach towards health and safety
- Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces is essential
- Excellent attendance record
