**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 3:30pm;
- Optional overtime.

**Pay**
- $20.24/hr.

**Qualifications**
- Perform minor repairs included but not limited to: lightbulbs and fixtures, hinges and doors, dispensers, shower heads and faucets, etc.;
- Provide preventative maintenance: troubleshoot mechanical issues in scrubbers and/or sweepers, clearing floor drains, inspecting areas of the facility, repairing floor and/or ceiling tiles;
- Hand and power tool usage;
- Abide by all safety protocols, building standards, and company codes;
- Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, prolonged standing and walking;
- Track and monitor consumables inventory, and submit order requests to recieve supplies from vendors;
- Deliver consumables to janitorial site locations across all facilities of the industrial plant's campus;
- Support janitorial cleaning duties as required;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Experience conducting minor repairs;
- Mechanically inclined person with electrical knowledge;
- Previous experience working in an industrial environment is considered an asset;
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs;
- Strong attention to detail;
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
- A valid Ontario Driver's License is required.

**Salary**: $20.24 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
