**Responsibilities include**:

- Accounts payable coding and entry.
- Accounts payable account reconcilations and maintenance.
- GL account analysis and reconcilations.
- Collections and reconciliation of customer’s accounts.
- Assist with data analysis and account reconciliations.
- Assist with year end preparation.
- Filing and records maintenance.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications & Abilities**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or appropriate job experience.
- Experience with heavy equipment sales, service, and rental.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet required timelines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and accuracy.

**Salary**: $15.50-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Innisfil, ON L9S 0H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
